 DUTCHMEN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 FREEDOM SPIRIT RECREATIONAL VEHICLES MANUFACTURED FROM MARCH 12, 2009 THROUGH MARCH 25, 2009 FOR FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 567, "CERTIFICATION." THE FEDERAL LABEL AND TIRE LOADING INFORMATION LABEL DOES NOT CONTAIN THE CORRECT TIRE INFORMATION. THE LABELS LIST THE WRONG TIRE SIZE. Consequence:
 A CONSUMER COULD REPLACE THE TIRES WITH TIRES OF AN INCORRECT SIZE WHICH MAY IMPACT VEHICLE PERFORMANCE AND HANDLING INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH. Remedy:
 DEALERS WILL MAIL TO CONSUMERS THE CORRECT TIRE INFORMATION LABEL. IF THE CONSUMER REQUIRES ASSISTANCE INSTALLING THE LABELS, DEALERS WILL PERFORM THE INSTALLATION.
