Summary:
PREVOST IS RECALLING ONE MODEL YEAR 2010 X3-45 AND ONE MODEL YEAR 2010 MTH XLII-45E COACH. DUE TO IMPROPER HARDWARE, THE TAG AXLE HUB CAP SCREWS MAY LOOSEN, RESULTING IN WHEEL SEPARATION.

Consequence:
IF THIS OCCURS, THE DRIVER MAY LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH. ALSO, A WAYWARD WHEEL REPRESENTS A ROAD HAZARD TO OTHER ROAD USERS.

Remedy:
PREVOST HAS REPLACED THE TAG AXLE HUB CAP SCREWS IN THE AFFECTED VEHICLES. THEREFORE, OWNER NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE MAILED. OWNERS MAY CONTACT PREVOST AT 1-418-883-2888.
